Job Summary
Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students in the EC–HS range based on preferred age group, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate documentation to support goals; 35 hours/week onsite with a focus on compliant case management and coordination within a supportive educational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License (IDFPR)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
