Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for in-home care in Worcester, MA. Provide home-based assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises to help patients regain independence and improve activities of daily living. Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and ADLs; recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications; collaborate with physicians, nurses, other therapists, caregivers, and family members; maintain timely clinical documentation and monitor progress to maximize outcomes. Requires MA OT license and degree from an accredited OT program; home health experience preferred. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available with competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively
