Occupational Therapist

Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients and supervise treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful patient relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrate patient victories along the journey. Collaborate with a supportive team and utilize available technology to deliver compassionate, high-quality rehab services. Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience) and active licensure/certification per state regulations, plus CPR certification. The role emphasizes direct patient care, treatment planning, assessments, patient concerns resolution, and ongoing professional growth.
