Occupational Therapist - Alliance

Conduct initial and re-evaluations using formal and informal measures to synthesize results, confirm diagnoses, and formulate Individualized Plans of Care. Perform weekly therapy sessions using evidence-based practice while verifying current prescriptions and providing parent education and home programming. Complete accurate documentation of evaluations and sessions, maintain company productivity standards, and ensure a clean, safe treatment space. Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Audiologists, and administrative staff, referring to external professionals when beneficial. Attend weekly round table meetings, pursue continuing education, and submit weekly productivity stats via Practice Perfect. Must be able to lift 50lbs, read small print, and interact verbally with children and caregivers.
