Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (private residences or senior living communities), including evaluations, development of individualized plans of care, and delivery of evidence-based treatment. Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and safety; document effectively within FOX’s EMR system; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists); educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place; provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility. The role supports in-home and senior living care across Albuquerque, NM, with multiple employment pathways (Full-time in-home/senior living, part-time, and PRN options). Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
