Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities within the Geriatric House Calls model. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, deliver evidence-based treatment, and document in FOX’s EMR. Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and safety, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists), educate patients and caregivers, and offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access. Positions available across in-home and senior living settings with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex schedules. Compensation for full-time roles ranges from $80,000 to $112,000 annually with benefits; new graduates eligible for mentorship programs. Requires OT license in-state (or eligibility), CPR, and the ability to perform patient transfers and related physical tasks. FOX emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a clinician-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, transfers, standing/walking)
- Experience with telehealth/virtual care is advantageous
