Occupational Therapist

Conduct occupational therapy services in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care, with a focus on geriatrics. Maintain a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week across multiple locations including CCRCs, SNFs, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home health. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist required, with the ability to obtain in the state of practice.
