Occupational Therapist

Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals. Implement and modify treatment plans addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional needs while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care. Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques. Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care. Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
