Job Summary
Occupational Therapist focused on Adults Social Care responsibilities such as carrying out strengths-based Care Act assessments, recommending equipment and adaptations (DFG), supporting independence at home, performing functional and environmental assessments, and conducting moving & handling risk assessments. Collaborates with housing, health, and social care partners, maintains accurate case records, and contributes to waiting list reduction and service efficiency. Hybrid working model within a London Borough and a varied caseload across equipment and adaptations work.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Experience within Adults Social Care
- Knowledge of Care Act 2014
