Job Summary
Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment plans for adolescents through the elderly with physical, medical, or psychological disorders. Provide individualized therapy using current technology and modalities consistent with department policies, collaborating with COTAs to deliver services on an inpatient basis. Develop and facilitate specialized treatment programs to meet specific patient requirements. This full-time role includes 80 hours every two weeks with onsite clinic hours Monday through Friday. Starting pay begins at $80,019.16 annually, with a salary range of $71,676.80 to $107,556.80 based on experience. Candidates receive a $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus, plus full benefits including medical, dental, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy
- Successful completion of clinical training
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy obtained within 6 months
- Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit
- Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Prior experience providing clear evidence of clinical skills beyond basic entry level
