Job Summary
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans that maximize functional outcomes and optimize discharge for patients in acute critical care. Provide patient and family-centered care while demonstrating clinical excellence, autonomy, and engagement within a nationally recognized academic medical center. Take an active role in program development and quality improvement while committing to ongoing learning through peer mentorship and clinical education. This full-time day shift position runs Monday through Friday, 8-4:30pm, with onsite location at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Eligible candidates may receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and weekend pay differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy", "Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin", "Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
