Occupational Therapist -Adult Acute - Relief

Job Summary
Conduct acute occupational therapy services including ADL training, splint fabrication, sensory integration, and cognitive training to improve patient function and discharge readiness. Evaluate referred patients, establish treatment goals, develop care plans, and document evaluations in compliance with DNV, OHSU, and payer criteria. Provide skilled rehabilitation treatment, caregiver education, and supervision for therapy interns while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team on rounds and discharge planning. This relief position requires 4 shifts per 2-week pay period, including 2 weekend shifts, with a current Oregon occupational therapy license required at appointment.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an occupational therapy educational program that is recognized by the Oregon Occupational Therapy Licensing Board
- Limited Permit or Oregon occupational therapy license must be obtained at the time of appointment
- BLS Certification
- BLS from AHA required
- Current State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License

- Acute hospital, SNF, inpatient rehab experience or student affiliation
