Occupational Therapist Acute- Verde Valley Medical Center - Per Diem

Conduct acute care occupational therapy for infants, children, adolescents, and seniors, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge coordination. Provide direct supervision to support staff, students, and technicians while ensuring accurate EMR documentation and adherence to state and federal regulations. Attend patient team and family conferences, respond promptly to new orders, and maintain current certifications and licenses. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to address diverse patient needs across Norther Arizona.
