Occupational Therapist | Acute | Temporary

Coordinate and deliver occupational therapy services for patients across age ranges (infant through geriatrics) in an acute hospital setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment programs, evaluate patients using data from records, interviews, observations and team input, and adjust goals/strategies accordingly. Provide direct OT services in various settings, plan therapy aligned with each patient’s physical, emotional and intellectual needs, document evaluation results and progress notes, and communicate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Participate in program development, share knowledge with colleagues, and support ongoing professional growth. Schedule includes daytime hours with 7:30 am–4:00 pm shifts and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.
