Job Summary
Occupational Therapist provides OT services to patients from infant through geriatrics, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, conducts evaluations using patient records and team input, utilizes activities to promote health and achieve goals, documents evaluation results and progress, communicates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team, collaborates on care plans, and participates in professional development and department program development.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (SD)
- Ability to work 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, including occasional 4th weekend and 1-2 holidays/year
