Occupational Therapist - Acute Care

Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to return to their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next stage of treatment. Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs while demonstrating positive connections with patients, families, fellow clinicians, and hospital team members including physicians, case management, and nurses. Build and maintain professional relationships throughout the hospital to facilitate collaboration for evidence-based therapy.
