Occupational Therapist - Acute Care

Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to reach their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care. Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs while demonstrating a positive connection with patients, families, fellow clinicians, and hospital team members. Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, and nurses to ensure collaborative, evidence-based therapy. Float across three hospitals in Indianapolis, Anderson, and Kokomo to expand access to transformative care for a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho settings.
