Occupational Therapist - Acute Care, PRN role at Duke Raleigh Campus. Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and interventions to improve activities of daily living and functional performance; develop and update plans of care with input from patients and families; educate patients and caregivers; document in patient records; collaborate with the health-care team; supervise students on clinical rotations; participate in clinical ladder activities and in-services; ensure discharge planning and continuity of care; maintain productivity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina
