Occupational Therapist, Acute Care - Part Time (20hrs/week), Mt. Holly

Provides occupational therapy examination and evaluation to determine prognosis, provide intervention, and update plan of care. Collaborates with medical professionals and other team members to deliver optimum patient care and efficient rehab operations. Maintains evaluations, patient records, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and department guidelines. Utilizes aides and other support staff as appropriate and communicates with patients and families to provide education and materials tailored to age, condition, and cultural needs.
