Occupational Therapist Acute Care - New Graduate

Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy care to assigned patients using the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote a collaborative environment while communicating clearly and openly. Build relationships to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth within a Magnet®-designated hospital serving Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas.
