Job Summary
Evaluate patients' abilities and limitations, establish treatment goals based on findings, and administer therapy according to established plans. Assess home and work environments, recommending physical barrier modifications, and fabricate splints as required. Re-evaluate patients regularly to assess progress and provide discharge recommendations when appropriate. Collaborate with therapists from other disciplines, supervise support personnel, and educate patients and caregivers on home program execution. Maintain timely documentation of patient care in accordance with established standards. This variable schedule position includes two weekend days per month.
Required Qualifications
- As required by licensure
- Occupational Therapist License required
- BLS for Provider certification from the American Heart Association required
- In this varaible schedule position, you can expect to work 2 weekend days a month
