Job Summary

Assess, plan, and lead rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies while revising objectives based on patient and family input. Implement treatment protocols, provide ongoing education, and document evaluations and sessions according to departmental guidelines. Act as a referral source for rehabilitation services and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and infection prevention precautions.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Team oriented
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
