Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses, conducting evaluations and treatments to maximize individual independence. Deliver professional consultations aligned with each patient's functional level and potential needs. Maintain Oregon Occupational Therapist licensure and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Work a per-diem day schedule with on-call availability at Providence Portland Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
