Job Summary
Evaluates, plans, directs and administers programs of Occupational Therapy in an inpatient acute care setting; provides direct therapy to patients; develops OT treatment plans to restore function and maximize independence; supervises OT Assistants, Rehab Technicians, volunteers and students; coordinates discharge planning and communicates progress to physicians and care teams; documents evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes; requires Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, state OT licensure, BLS, and 40-hour work week with weekend/holiday coverage. Department supports a 448-bed acute care tower expansion with interdisciplinary collaboration.
