Job Summary
Establishes treatment plans and provides skilled occupational therapy services to patients across acute care settings, including orthopedics, neurology, general medicine, and ICU. Educates patients, families, and healthcare providers while collaborating on referrals and delegating interventions to assistants and students based on competency. Completes comprehensive documentation and conducts assessments to ensure functional ability and discharge readiness. Requires a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Full-time role includes a 4-day 9-hour schedule with weekend rotation.
