Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist needed for Achieva’s Early Intervention team to provide developmental support to infants and toddlers through assessments, family-centered planning, and direct therapeutic services. Works with an interdisciplinary team to support children with developmental delays and guide families in early learning and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include participating in interdisciplinary developmental assessments, conducting evaluations and formal assessments, recommending IFSP outcomes and intervention strategies, building positive relationships with families, maintaining communication with the Associate Director of Early Intervention, and delivering occupational therapy services aligned with early childhood best practices. Requires PA OT license, PA driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel across Washington and Allegheny Counties. Hybrid work arrangement.
