Job Summary
Directly provide occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting. Assess patients, develop personalized care plans, supervise treatments, and address physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful therapist-patient relationships, track progress, celebrate patient victories, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using cutting-edge technology. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
