Job Summary
Direct care as an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation, including supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Build meaningful patient relationships to support successful outcomes and recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilize available technology, and contribute to ongoing patient education and outcomes. Requirements include current state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
