Job Summary
Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one patient care applying OT principles; responsibilities include completing client assessments, establishing treatment plans with goals tailored to the patient’s capacity, facilitating independence through therapy across functional areas, discharge planning in collaboration with physicians and families, documenting care, maintaining confidentiality, ensuring infection-control compliance, maintaining equipment and participating in professional development; requires graduation from an ACOTE-accredited program and current state licensure or active licensure application; full-time position (~40 hours/week) in Ann Arbor, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an ACOTE accredited school.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or actively in the process of the application for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR/AED/FA certification.
