Job Summary
Occupational Therapist for a 9-month school position responsible for scheduling, evaluating and delivering individual OT treatment for children with developmental disabilities to establish, remediate, or restore maximal occupational performance. Requires a graduate of an accredited OT program with an active Ohio OT license and Ohio Department of Education certificate. Knowledge of OT theory, evaluations, and treatment, plus familiarity with IEPs, charting, billing, confidentiality, and agency policies. Duties address performance areas including educational access, self-help, sensory-motor, vision, perception, cognition, psychosocial, and communication/interaction skills; must work in Canton, OH, 40 hours/week during the normal school year. Required Qualifications
