Occupational Therapist - 2 days per week

School-based Occupational Therapist providing OT services for Porter County for the 2026-2027 school year, with an hourly/part-time schedule (2 days per week). Responsibilities include conducting sensory profiles as needed, implementing therapeutic interventions aligned with student IEP goals, collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents, documenting assessment and intervention results, data collection for progress monitoring, Medicaid billing, and assisting with case conferences and multidisciplinary teams. Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs and communicate effectively; familiarity with state IEP systems helpful but training available.
