Job Summary
Functional Recovery Specialist – Clinical Services (Occupational Therapist) conducts virtual post‐operative assessments, develops individualized OT treatment plans, delivers therapy interventions via telehealth (one‐to‐one and group sessions), monitors progress, documents encounters per licensure and regulatory standards, and provides clinical input to therapy workflows and program development within ROMTech’s clinician‐guided at‐home rehab platform. The role emphasizes post‐operative functional recovery, activities of daily living restoration, collaboration with clinical and technology teams, and contributing to quality and safety in digital care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in applicable state(s)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Clinical experience delivering OT services to post-operative or rehabilitation populations
- Ability to conduct virtual OT assessments and interventions
- Experience with telehealth or virtual care (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
