Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests while observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Develop therapy plans of care in coordination with physicians and provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle. Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available with an annual total cash target pay of $71,776 to $107,664.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- Must be able to pass a drug test before beginning employment
