Occupational Ther PRN Plan 1

Assess patients, identify acuity levels, and plan treatment programs to achieve functional outcomes for individuals with physical injuries, cognitive impairments, or developmental disabilities. Implement and direct purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health. Complete annual Orthopedic education requirements upon hire and maintain certification as a Florida Occupational Therapist. Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
