Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength for patients suffering from disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, provide ongoing patient and family education, and deliver discharge instructions and referrals to community resources. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans while documenting evaluations, plans of care, and treatment sessions according to departmental guidelines. Submit required documentation within facility protocols and adhere to infection prevention precautions. Maintain punctuality, follow dress code policies, and participate in staff meetings and process improvement activities. Utilize equipment safely and cost-effectively while embracing diversity and demonstrating effective communication with all team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Physical Therapy or Masters Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy
