Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, provide ongoing patient and family education, and establish goals with physicians for discharge planning. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and required submissions per departmental guidelines while utilizing equipment safely and cost-effectively. Act as a referral source for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Adhere to infection prevention precautions, maintain punctuality, and participate in staff meetings and process improvement activities. Connect with the most integrated health system in Georgia to serve with compassion and pursue excellence in patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Physical Therapy or Masters Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy
