Job Summary
Occupational Medicine Physician needed in Sheboygan, WI (with Plymouth, WI site) for a full-time role in a large nonprofit integrated health system. Responsibilities include applying workers’ compensation and occupational health expertise with an 60/40 split between workers compensation and occupational health, performing imaging, splinting, wound care, medication management, back injury care, pre-employment physicals, TB testing, DOT guidelines, OSHA-regulated activities (lead exposure, asbestos, hazardous materials), and coordinating with an outsourced MRO. Schedule is Monday–Friday, typically finishing by 5 pm, with 16–20 patients per day. Utilize Epic with DAX Copilot for draft notes. Team includes MA/LPNs and front desk staff; a remote workers compensation case manager provides support. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
