Job Summary
Occupational Medicine physician sought for Mitchell Street Clinic in Milwaukee, WI. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 5 days/week, with a 50/50 split between workers’ compensation injuries and occupational health duties. Responsibilities include imaging, splinting, wound care, medication management, back injury care, back-to-work restrictions, pre-employment physicals, TB testing, and adherence to DOT and FAA guidelines, as well as lead exposure and asbestos-related work. MRO services are outsourced. Expect 80% scheduled work and 20% walk-ins; use DAX Copilot with Epic for clinical documentation; collaborate with APCs throughout the day. Compensation base plus total compensation model from $306,007 with sign-on bonus up to $125,000 and student loan forgiveness opportunities; relocation assistance up to $12,000; comprehensive benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, retirement plan, flexible spending, parental/adoption benefits, CME allowance, and liability insurance. Educational program and Milwaukee-based community integration highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- New and experienced physicians welcome to apply
- MD/DO or equivalent medical degree
- Licensed to practice medicine in Wisconsin or eligible to obtain
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Occupational Medicine or related field
- Ability to manage workers' compensation and occupational health duties
- Experience with DOT and FAA guidelines preferred
- Ability to collaborate in a physician-led team
- Proficiency with Epic and AI-assisted documentation tools (DAX Copilot) preferred
