Occupational Hygienist Regional Lead

Job Summary
Lead the regional occupational hygiene strategy for Europe and the UK, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices. Design, coordinate, and perform monitoring across sites and customer locations to identify risks, analyze data, and drive exposure reduction using the hierarchy of control. Provide expert guidance on hazardous substances, produce monitoring reports, and support the closure of audit findings. Mentor EHS teams, site managers, and engineers while representing the organization to regulators and trade associations. Introduce new technologies to improve monitoring accuracy and collaborate globally to shape future strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a degree in applied chemistry, chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in occupational hygiene, ideally including fibre monitoring or similar specialised exposure assessment.
- Possess a recognised EHS qualification (French and English qualifications are advantageous).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capability with a solid understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating effectively across different cultures and geographies.
- Motivated by high standards, compliance, sustainability, and doing what's right for people and the business.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional extended stays at operational sites; proximity to a Morgan facility is beneficial but not essential.
