Job Summary
Occupational Health Technician to join Johnson Matthey’s Occupational Health team across multiple UK sites on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsible for delivering and administering health surveillance and screening programs including audiometry, spirometry, urinalysis, vision screening, phlebotomy, vital signs, and vaccination administration in line with departmental policies and DOH guidelines. Maintain accurate OH records (manual and electronic) with confidentiality and data protection compliance. Build effective relationships with HR, EHS, managers, and employees. Travel between Royston, Brimsdown, Cambridge, Sonning, and other sites as required (monthly to quarterly). Working environment is primarily office-based with travel; emphasis on health and wellbeing across sites. Proficiency in OH databases (e.g., Cohort, Cority) and Microsoft Office, plus strong verbal/written communication. Prior experience in similar health care or industrial environments is desirable.
