Job Summary
Schedule and perform key occupational health regulatory and on-boarding tasks, including pre-employment processing, drug testing, respirator fit testing, color blindness screening, and record review. Document in an electronic health record, manage files, generate reports and spreadsheets, and handle phone volume and walk-in office traffic while providing customer service. Follow the direction of the RN Occupational Health Coordinator and may involve travel or remote support. Requires a high school diploma, two years of secretarial training, and Basic Life Support certification. Work across clinics, hospitals, and home-based care sites to support healthy communities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of business college or other comparable secretarial training
