Occupational Health RN Full Time

Job Summary
Conduct bedside shift reports and perform the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) for patients in the Surgery/Bariatric unit using evidence-based practice. Coordinate care through effective partnerships, maintain individualized patient-centered plans, and document safe quality care while upholding Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards. Serve as a preceptor or mentor for staff and students, participate in shared governance and performance improvement activities, and develop protocols to promote best practice outcomes. Work the night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) three days per week as a full-time RN Clinical Nurse.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- direct patient care experience
- Reg Nurse (Single State)
- RN - Multi-state Compact
- GA or Compact Nursing License
- BLS
- 2 years of RN experience
- availability to work 7:00pm-7:00am 3 days/week
- Full-time Nightshift 7p-7a
