Job Summary
Occupational Health RN position in Louisville, KY providing outpatient occupational health and preventive services in a weekday daytime clinic. Responsibilities include walk-in assessments and triage for employee health concerns, first-aid evaluation and follow-up for workplace injuries, routine clinical screenings (vitals, wellness assessments), supporting occupational health surveillance programs, administering and supporting immunizations and injections, maintaining confidential medical documentation, collaborating with onsite nursing and clinic staff, and upholding professional clinical judgment in a clinic setting. Requires RN license in Kentucky, BSN, 5+ years RN experience (ER/CC/urgent care/ambulatory care), 2+ years in an Occupational Health Clinic, and current BLS. PRN/as-needed schedule with up to 1,500 hours per year, weekday daytime hours, no evenings/weekends, contract employee of Gohanna Staffing Solutions, LLC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible to practice in Kentucky
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)— required
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience in Emergency Department (ER), Critical Care, Urgent Care, or Ambulatory Care
- Minimum 2 years of employment in an Occupational Health Clinic (required)
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to complete onboarding, background screening, and facility access processes
- Ability to complete required training within designated timelines
