Job Summary

Direct, coordinate, and collaborate with occupational client companies to provide occupational health services in the clinic and community. Assess client population needs at worksites, then plan, implement, and evaluate occupational health services accordingly. Develop and implement best practice policies for occupational medicine programs while coordinating health screenings for workplace hazards. Consult on federal, state, and local regulatory initiatives like OSHA and DOT regulations, and deliver training on occupational and environmental health safety. Apply process improvement principles to eliminate waste and support provider and injury case coordination. Maintain professional competencies through continuing education and participate in daily clinic operational activities. Requires five years of clinical nursing experience, Colorado RN licensure, and BLS certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Five years of clinical nursing experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Desired Qualifications

  • Drug and Alcohol Screening certification
  • Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (CAOHC)
  • Spirometry certification
  • Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018
