Job Summary
Provide on-site injury/illness care and case management for employees within the nursing scope, performing preventive health education and on-site treatment at an Berkeley, CA location. Responsibilities include managing injuries and open workers' comp/disability cases, coordinating with treating physicians and adjusters, dispensing OTC medications, maintaining clinic supplies and OSHA records, conducting medical testing (TB, immunizations, drug screening, vision/hearing, respirator fit tests), performing First Aid/CPR/AED and emergency response, coordinating wellness initiatives, and supporting safety and environmental health programs. Requires RN licensure with active status, 3–5 years of RN experience, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The role is full-time with day shifts and occasional extended hours; travel to participate in company initiatives can be supported as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid RN license
- Active IL License Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly preferred
- Must hold current BLS certification
- 3–5 years RN experience required
- 2-3 years’ experience in an urgent care, emergency department or occupational health setting preferred
- Certification in Occupational Health preferred
- BLS, AED and First Aid Instructor preferred
