Job Summary
Partner with site leadership to develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and wellness programs. Provide training on ergonomics, injury reporting, back safety, bloodborne pathogens, and related safety topics. Support accident investigations, manage workers' compensation claims, and coordinate return-to-work programs. Provide first aid, administer occupational health programs including hearing conservation and immunizations, and maintain OSHA logs and compliance records. Coordinate vendors for first aid supplies, PPE, and vision services while supporting industrial hygiene activities and exposure monitoring. Collect, analyze, and report safety metrics to drive corrective actions and ensure regulatory compliance. This full-time role in Moorpark, CA, offers a base pay range of $78,100 - $145,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse or EMT certification
- 3-5 years of occupational health, triage, or employee health experience
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
- Knowledge of workers' compensation
- Knowledge of leave management
- Knowledge of EHS management systems
- Ability to conduct hazard and risk assessments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project
