Job Summary
Provide on-site occupational health and preventative care to clients' employees, including conducting new hire physicals, administering vaccinations, and performing phlebotomy. Deliver ethical, evidence-based medical services for onsite and virtual evaluations while surveying work environments for hazards and coordinating return-to-work processes. Manage case management, first aid, and wellness screenings, ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Maintain licensure and professional scope of practice while documenting all services accurately. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing in the applicable working state(s)
- Current certification in CPR / BLS for health care providers
- 1 or more years of experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Outpatient, or Urgent Care
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and work-flow management skills
- NIOSH Spirometry Training and Certification
- Current COHN certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 3 years of employment
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of on-site work needs; ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, squatting

- Verbal & written Spanish bilingual capabilities
- 3 or more years of experience in Occupational Medicine
