Job Summary
Provide on-site occupational health and preventative care to clients' employees at two locations in Fairfield and West Chester Township, OH. Deliver ethical, evidence-based medical services including phlebotomy, new hire physicals, first aid, and wellness screenings. Coordinate assessment, treatment planning, and return-to-work processes while surveying work environments for hazards. Administer annual vaccinations, spirometry, audiograms, and drug testing, and educate patients on injury prevention and test results. Complete timely electronic and non-electronic documentation and maintain all required licenses and HIPAA compliance. Work Monday through Friday, typically 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, with an average of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing in the applicable working state(s)
- Current certification in CPR / BLS for health care providers
- 1 or more years of experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Outpatient, or Urgent Care
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and work-flow management skills
- NIOSH Spirometry Training and Certification
- Current COHN certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 3 years of employment
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of on-site work needs; ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, squatting
