Job Summary
Occupational Health Manager (RN) will oversee and direct the Occupational Health department, supervise staff, and provide direct care to employees per medical directives and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing efficient occupational health processes, ensuring policy adherence, maintaining confidential records compliant with HIPAA, coordinating workers' compensation and return-to-work evaluations, delivering on-site care, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and state nurse practice acts. Requires RN license, nursing leadership, and experience in clinical oversight, documentation, and program administration.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of employment
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduate from Associate Degree of Nursing for RN or Diploma of Nursing for RN
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
- Must obtain certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
