Job Summary
Occupational Health Manager (RN) oversees and directs the Occupational Health Department, provides direct care to employees, leads and evaluates the OH team, ensures HIPAA/compliance, OSHA and workers' comp protocols, and delivers case management including return-to-work assessments, drug/alcohol testing, and health surveillance. Responsibilities include developing efficient OH processes, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality of nursing care, and coordinating liaison with medical staff and third-party administrators.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of employment
- Must obtain certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
